Ingredients - Makes 2 Sandwiches
- 4 slices Azna Gluten Free White Bread
- 4 oz package non-dairy soy, almond, or rice cheddar cheese
- 2-4 tsps vegan butter spread (we like Earth Balance Organic Buttery Spread)
Directions
Heat iron skillet over medium heat. With adult help, cut 4 thick slices of bread from loaf, and cut cheese into thin slices.
Spread one side of the bread slices with 1/2-1 tsp spread. Place half the cheese between two slices, butter spread on the outside.
Place in skillet and heat each side until lightly browned and cheese is melted. Serve with crisp apple slices!
