Ingredients
- 1 small Azna Gluten Free Pizza Crust (frozen)
- 1 cup red peppers, onions, spinach, or other favorite veggie combination!
- 1-2 TBS olive oil
- 1-2 tsps minced garlic
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With adult help, cut peppers, onions, and spinach into large pieces. Heat olive oil in iron skillet over medium high.
Add vegetables and garlic and stir fry 5-6 minutes, or until lightly toasted in color.
Place cooked veggies on frozen pizza crust and place on cookie sheet. Cook 8-10 minutes. When crust is hot and veggies are done, eat the whole thing and smile!
