Ingredients - Makes 1 Sandwich
- 1 Azna Gluten Free Sweet Noni Roll
- 2 TBLS vegan cream cheese
- Vine ripened tomato
- Pickles, leafy green lettuce, and sprouts
- 1/4 avocado cut in slices, if desired
- pepper to taste, if desired
Directions
With butter knife, cut the Noni roll in half. Spread each half with 1 TBLS vegan cream cheese.
Pile high with slices of tomato, pickles, lettuce, and sprouts.
If desired, add avocado and season with pepper. Wrap your mouth around the whole thing!
