Waffles with Fruit

Ingredients - Serves 8
Directions
Rinse blueberries and place in saucepan. Cover half the berries with cold water. Heat to soft boil and reduce heat to low. Add cornstarch and enough agave nectar to desired sweetness. Continue to cook and stir until thick. Remove saucepan from heat and toast waffles in toaster. When done, cut in half diagonally and spoon over warm fruit. Garnish with fresh rasperries and mint leaves. Yum!
